We had such a good time roaming around this empty school yard, it's always so much fun to explore new places with a couple of our bestest friends, Elle & Zach of Kindred Weddings! Madeline & Wade's Smog Shoppe Bash
The Smog Shoppe + a super rad couple = bound to be a great day. Madeline and Wade picked the perfect venue to match their amazing, quirky style. It was so inspiring to be surprised by all the pops of color throughout the day - the attire, the backdrops of the venue and the stunning floral arrangements. Did we mention that Madeline and Wade look g.o.o.d together? Choosing which photos to share with you was a HARD job but we loved every minute of it. You can take a look for yourself below..
Erin and Andrew's Golden Engagement Session
Erin and Andrew's engagement session took place on the most beautiful California day. It was sunny, the skies were a soft blue and the sunset over the Pacific ocean was to die for. These two were so bubbly and playful with each other - there was no shortage of laughter and that made the day even better. These are the kind of days we live for! Nicole and Chris' Hilltop Wedding
Chris and Nicole's wedding was the best kind of gloomy day; moody and emotional in ways that filled us with warm feelings and happy thoughts. We loved the blue, yellow and white theme, a stunning nod to Nicole's Greek heritage. A really special energy existed amongst their friends and family, every single person in attendance was overjoyed to watch these two lovebirds get hitched. Seika and Phil's Intimate Wedding at Osteria Mozza
Where to begin! We never wanted to leave Phil and Seika's wedding.. It was dreamy, intimate and dare we say cozy? Yes! That's exactly what it was. Phil and Seika were so kind to us and we were honored to share a lovely meal with their friends and family at Osteria Mozza. If you've never been, go now! You won't regret it. The ambiance, the orchids, the scratch off lotto cards - these two really set up a moody but playful night and we loved every single minute of it!
Holly and Morgan Painted Larchmont Village Red
Holly and Morgan invited us into their home to shoot some photos in celebration of their engagement! We bonded with these two over our photojournalistic approach and we felt so in our element for the entire night. What's better than popping a bottle or two of champagne in an incredibly cozy home? Korinne & Chris' Rancho Santa Margarita Wedding
Korrine and Chris are the definition of kind, big-hearted people and we felt incredibly lucky to shoot their wedding at Santa Margarita Ranch. Chris also happens to be a wedding photographer himself so it was plenty of fun playing that role for him on their big day. The heat may have been brutal but the beauty of the venue and the good company really made up for it. Did we mention Korinne's smile? It's as lovely as lovely gets. See more of it below..

An Americana-Australiana Wedding In OJAI - Caroline & Zach
Caroline and Zach's wedding with extra special because we got to work with our very favorite wedding coordinator Wild Heart Events. It was such a memorable night with so many amazing contributors. Caroline and Zach were so gentle with each other and you could really feel the love and attention in their movements. There were so many little pops of whimsical goodness - the floral arrangements, the bridesmaid dresses, the personalized wooden coasters and the mis-matched dinnerware. We loved every bit of it!

The Adventure of Holli & Jordan
Sweet fact about these two: They grew up as next door neighbors! Holli and Jordan opted out of a first look but they shared the most lovely silent moment on opposite sides of the fence that separated them as kids. Jordan hand-built all of the wood pieces + furniture you see in these photos which was a really cool sight to see. When two people love adventuring as much as these kids do - you know that they are going to put on a wedding for the books. And they sure did! Scroll down for some good, fun vibes :)
